You win the listing. We’ll make it the best-looking home on the street.

And fast enough that you’re never the one waiting.

  1. Buyers stop scrolling.

Bright photos, drone, and a dusk shot of the front. That’s what makes someone stop on your home instead of the one next door.

  2. Live when you planned.

If a slot’s open, we can shoot tomorrow.

  3. Buyers walk through before they call.

Every shoot includes a Zillow 3D Home tour and a floor plan. Out-of-town buyers learn the layout first, then ask for the showing.

  4. A seller who tells friends.

You get a property website, and with Premier, a video your seller will actually want to share. Happy sellers are how the next listing finds you.

“In today’s crowded market, it’s so hard to get people to stop scrolling, but Aaron helped me cut through the noise with a video that genuinely got people’s attention.”

How we shoot a Cocoa Beach listing

On most Cocoa Beach streets the Atlantic is a block east and the Banana River a block west, with A1A in between. Buyers want to know how far the sand is, so the drone answers that before they ask. Condos need their own plan: the balcony view, the pool deck and the walk to the water often sell the unit more than the kitchen does.

  • Oceanside, east of A1A (32931)Homes and condos a short walk from the sand. We only call a home oceanfront when it is.
  • Riverside, west of A1A (32931)Quieter streets on the Banana River side. A private dock is rare here, so when a home has one we shoot it from over the water.
  • Cape Canaveral (32920)Condos and homes near Port Canaveral. We shoot the unit, the view, the pool deck and the walk to the beach.

Cocoa Beach questions

What agents ask us.

How much does real estate photography cost in Cocoa Beach?
Listing photos in Cocoa Beach start at $349 for a home up to 1,999 square feet. That’s the Essentials package: HDR photos, drone photos, a Zillow 3D Home tour with a floor plan, and a property website. Premier adds video, from $599. Cocoa Beach is in Brevard County, so there’s no travel fee.
Do you photograph condos in Cocoa Beach?
Yes. A condo shoot covers the unit, the balcony view, and the shared pool and deck when the building allows it. It is priced by the unit's square footage, so a unit up to 1,999 square feet starts at $349.
Do you shoot Cape Canaveral listings?
Yes. Cape Canaveral (32920) is part of our Cocoa Beach area. Same prices, no travel fee.
How fast do I get photos from a Cocoa Beach shoot?
Photos arrive the next morning, before noon. Saturday shoots arrive on Monday. Video takes 5 to 7 business days.
Is drone photography included for Cocoa Beach listings?
Yes. Every package includes drone photos and an aerial with the lot outlined and the home pinned. Premier adds drone video. Both photographers are FAA-licensed drone pilots.
Can I book a Cocoa Beach shoot online?
Yes. Booking takes about three minutes on a phone. The calendar shows open times Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and if a slot’s open, same-day works too.
