5.0 stars from 100+ Google reviews · No travel fee in Brevard

You win the listing. We’ll make it the best-looking home on the street.

And fast enough that you’re never the one waiting.

  1. Buyers stop scrolling.

Bright photos, drone, and a dusk shot of the front. That’s what makes someone stop on your home instead of the one next door.

  2. Live when you planned.

If a slot’s open, we can shoot tomorrow.

  3. Buyers walk through before they call.

Every shoot includes a Zillow 3D Home tour and a floor plan. Out-of-town buyers learn the layout first, then ask for the showing.

  4. A seller who tells friends.

You get a property website, and with Premier, a video your seller will actually want to share. Happy sellers are how the next listing finds you.

“In today’s crowded market, it’s so hard to get people to stop scrolling, but Aaron helped me cut through the noise with a video that genuinely got people’s attention.”

How we shoot a Cocoa listing

We're based in Cocoa, so this is home turf. Cocoa Village is the old downtown on the Indian River, with shops on Brevard Avenue and homes on a historic grid; there we slow down for original floors, built-ins and porches. Out in the suburbs the houses are newer and the yards bigger, and the pool and the street do the selling.

  • Cocoa Village (32922)Older homes within a few blocks of Brevard Avenue and Riverfront Park. Detail photos of the original features earn their place here.
  • Inland Cocoa (32926)Suburban single-family homes west of the Village. The yard, the pool and the street sell these homes.
  • Port St. John (32927)Its own neighborhood, sharing a ZIP with north Cocoa. We shoot it on its own terms, not as Cocoa Village.
